The terms under which Panorama Bangladesh provides tour and travel services. These are maintained by the operator and reviewed periodically.
The Contract
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of your 25% deposit and our written confirmation. Panorama Bangladesh acts as your organiser and coordinates services provided by vetted local suppliers.
Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for a valid passport, appropriate visa, travel insurance, and any personal medical, dietary or accessibility needs — please inform us in writing well in advance.
Itinerary Changes
Bangladesh is a living country. Weather, tides, transport strikes or road conditions may require last-minute adjustments. Our guides always prioritise your safety and the spirit of the trip.
Liability
Bangladesh Scenic Tours is not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or by third-party suppliers acting outside our instructions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
