Booking & Payment Policy
Simple, transparent booking terms for international travellers. All prices are quoted in USD.
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
Accepted Methods
International bank wire (USD), Wise, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex — 3% processing fee applies).
Currency
All invoices are issued in USD. BDT equivalents on our website are reference-only and use the current interbank rate.
Late Bookings
For journeys starting within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation
You will receive a signed booking confirmation, detailed itinerary and — if needed — a visa invitation letter within 24 hours of your deposit clearing.
